We will set up a MONSTER rig in the CrossFit Overton parking lot! 

Help us honor those that have made the ultimate sacrifice this Memorial Day.

Cost will be $25 + processing fee. You will receive a MURPH TSHIRT with proceeds going to benefit the Local VFW! 

-You will be able, and are encouraged to sign-up online!       -There will be only a select number of spots.
-Day of Registration Arrive 20-30 minutes early! 
-Starts MAY 25th @ 7:30 am 
-Partition the Movements as needed and scaling options for all fitness levels will be available!
