We want everyone to be able to workout but for the safety of each class we are keeping the number at 15 Athletes however if you don’t make the cut we will have a conditioning piece each day that you do at the gym. Do you like pressing that snooze button and not making class on time? If so this class is for you. We will allow everyone to be 5 mins late, no later! this will be known as punished!
